A young mother spends a warm spring afternoon with her children enjoying the shade of a tree. The older of the children fly their kite in the gentle breeze. Reciting along with a favorite story, the younger child sits patiently on a handwoven blanket. When the story reaches its conclusion, the sun will have shifted, and their shade will be gone. It will then be time to roll up the blanket and stroll home for supper.
